CompanionLink for Mac automatically syncs Outlook Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Categories synchronized with Google, Android and iPhone.
Choose “All Calendar” to save your entire calendar, or choose a specific date range. Provide further suggestions to you. If you're using the free version of Outlook.com or Outlook 365 on the web, you can publish your calendar's URL so that it's possible to subscribe to it in Google Calendar. Press the button that looks like a calendar on the lower left-hand side of Outlook. CompanionLink for Mac keeps Outlook for Mac contacts, calendars, tasks, and categories synchronized with either a Google account, smartphone, or tablet. You can choose your destination in the Settings menu of the software. Outlook for Mac sync with Google. Set up two-way sync between your Google account and Outlook for Mac.
Click Add an account Google. Note: If your email client doesn't have a Google option, see Read Gmail messages on other email clients using IMAP for other set up options. Enter their G Suite email address and click Next. Enter their password and click Next. They might need to enter a 2-Factor Authentication code or perform other sign-in.

Does not require Exchange. You can choose to sync one-way only, or only Contacts or Calendar.

Direct sync with mobile devices bypasses cloud services like Google. Simply select the type of device you have from the Settings menu. You will be asked to download our DejaOffice mobile app to your device. DejaOffice now features a Direct Sync option so you can use the Phone Contacts and Calendar.
